Your privacy is our utmost priority. All orders from THC Megastore UK are packed in stealth, double-vacuum-sealed packaging to ensure zero odor transmission. The exterior shipping boxes and envelopes are entirely plain and unbranded, giving no indication of the contents inside.

Processing & Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) Monday through Friday are typically processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff, or on weekends/holidays, will be dispatched the next business day.

UK Delivery Options

  • Standard Delivery: 2-3 business days.
  • Next Day Delivery: Available at checkout for an additional fee. Orders must be placed before the daily cutoff time.

Missing or Delayed Packages

While we rely on trusted courier networks, occasional delays can happen. If your order has not arrived within 5 business days of the expected delivery date, please contact us at clientservice@thcmegastoreuk.co.uk with your order number. We will investigate the tracking immediately.
