At THC Megastore UK, we stand behind the quality of our products. Due to the consumable and perishable nature of botanicals, extracts, and edibles, our return policy adheres to strict health and hygiene standards.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

• The item must be unused, sealed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in its original, unopened packaging.
• Vape cartridges, disposables, flowers, and edibles cannot be returned if the security seal is broken due to hygiene regulations.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at clientservice@thcmegastoreuk.co.uk. Please include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
